Disclaimer
PermitCue is not a government agency, building department, or Authority Having Jurisdiction. PermitCue does not issue, approve, review, or expedite permits, and it does not guarantee that any application will be accepted or approved.
Results are informational guidance assembled from published code references and jurisdiction information. Requirements, fees, and filing methods change. Always confirm requirements, fees, and submission procedures with the issuing authority before you file or begin work. Terms of use
By creating an account you agree to use PermitCue for lawful construction-planning purposes, to provide accurate project and license details, and to keep your account credentials secure.
Free accounts include a limited number of determinations per month. Paid plans are not yet billing; if paid plans launch, price and terms will be shown before any charge is made.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. PermitCue is not liable for delays, rejected applications, fees, penalties, or other losses arising from reliance on its output. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Privacy
PermitCue stores the account email, contractor license details you enter, project addresses, determination and package records, submission history, and notification preferences you set. This data is used to operate the service and to send the status notifications you opt into.
PermitCue does not sell personal information. Data is processed by the hosting, database, and email providers required to run the service. You can update your details or turn off email notifications on your account page, and you can request deletion of your account and its records by contacting us.
Billing, renewals and refunds
PermitCue plans are billed in US dollars. A Project Pass is a one-time charge that covers a single successful determination. Pro and Business are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and each renewal restores that plan's determination allowance for the new period. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and part-periods are not pro-rated. If a payment fails, access continues briefly while the card is retried and then ends.
A determination only counts against your allowance when it succeeds. If PermitCue charges you in error, produces no determination for a paid Project Pass, or you contact us within 14 days of an unused subscription charge, email support@getpermitcue.com and we will refund that charge. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; PermitCue never sees or stores them.
